SAINT&SUMMER delivers within South Africa, door-to-door, depending on where you’re located.
Delivery fee is based on your location and ranges from R69 for local KZN, R89 for major areas and R120 for regional/outlying areas.
During the checkout process, SAINT&SUMMER will determine your delivery options based on your delivery address and postal code.

For South African orders our courier will deliver your order within 3 – 5 working days from when the order is DISPATCHED from our warehouse, depending on where you live.


Please provide your physical address for delivery. SAINT&SUMMER cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, farms or rural areas. It is mandatory to leave a telephone or mobile number for the courier company to contact you during delivery hours.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number for your order to be tracked online.

Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, please inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage.

Please note that courier do not move parcels over the weekend.

Strictly no returns or exchanges on sale items and delivery takes 5-10 working days on SALE items and over NEW LAUNCH periods.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY – NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS 

SALES ITEMS: 

NOTE: Sale items may not be returned for an exchange/refund under any circumstances whatsoever. Swimwear will only be accepted back with the hygiene strip still in place. 

NORMAL RETURNS:

We highly doubt you’ll want to return your awesome shoes but if, for some reason, you have a change of heart, you will need to notify us within 5 days of your order being delivered. You may choose between a product exchange or credit, no refunds are permitted. But remember… you changed your mind; not us, so you will need to cover the cost of the courier fee in order to return the shoes.

Please retain the product’s original packaging and do not wear the product. Obvs! Please also ensure the items are returned in the exact condition they were received in.

WRONG SIZE:

Ordered the wrong size? No problem! Let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered and we will gladly assist.

RETURNS/WARRANTY POLICY – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Received a faulty pair of shoes. This is our worst case scenario and we want to sort it out straight away. All of our shoes coming with a 6 month warranty and this covers any manufacturing faults but excludes normal wear and tear or incorrect use of the product. We’ve seen you on the dance floor sista… and NO it doesn’t cover that. 

You will be advised whether the product can be repaired or whether it will need to be replaced. You also have the option of a refund/credit. SAINT&SUMMER will be liable for the delivery charges if the product has been found to be defective. The decision between repairing or replacing will be that of SAINT&SUMMER’s depending on availability and other relevant circumstances.
