RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY – NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please choose your shoes carefully as we do not offer purchase price refunds. In order to obtain a product exchange or credit, the product(s) being returned must be sent back to SAINT&SUMMER within 14 days of the product(s) being delivered. You will be responsible for the cost of the courier fee to return the goods.

Please retain the product(s)’ original packaging and do not wear the product. Please ensure the items are returned in the exact condition they were received in.

If the incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it is not the product you purchased), please do not remove the product from its original packaging or try the product on at all. Please promptly email returns@saintandsummer.co.za to notify SAINT&SUMMER thereof, so that we can resolve the mistake by arranging to collect the product from you and deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.

If you have purchased through one of our stockists and would like to arrange a exchange, please return to the store and they will gladly assist.

Sale items may not be returned for an exchange under any circumstances whatsoever.

Should you wish to arrange a return of a product to SAINT&SUMMER for an exchange or credit, please email returns@saintandsummer.co.za and someone will be able to assist you. Please note you will be responsible for the collection fee as well as the redelivery fee of your chosen pair.

 

RETURNS/WARRANTY POLICY – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If, within 3 months after delivery of a product to you, you find that the product is defective/faulty, unsuitable for the purpose generally intended, or not legal or reasonably durable.

Should the product subsequently be found to be defective, you are entitled to either – (a) be fully refunded, or (b) have the product repaired or replaced at SAINT&SUMMER expense.

The decision between repairing or replacing will be that of SAINT&SUMMER’s depending on availability and other relevant circumstances.

Please note: the following are examples of things which will NOT be regarded as defects and will NOT entitle you to any repair, replacement or refund under the general warranty above: faults resulting from normal wear and tear; damage arising from incorrect usage of the product.

If you have purchased through one of our stockists and your item is defective please follow the below return procedure.

When arranging a return of a defective product to SAINT&SUMMER, please email a photograph of the defective item to returns@saintandsummer.co.za. You will be advised whether the product will be repaired or replaced. SAINT&SUMMER will be liable for the delivery charges if the product has been found to be defective. Collection will cost R69.00 and redelivery will cost R69.00.
